By booking in our official website you will benefit from our close and fast customer service, receiving solutions and answers in a short period of time. You can also book with our flexible rate, which means that you will pay 100% of your stay on arrival and cancellation will be free up to 7 days before arrival.

Enter a new search in the search bar of our booking engine with the hotel you want to book, the dates and the number of people. Enter a promotional code if you have one.

You can change the search dates, the distribution of people in the room or choose another hotel. If you still have no options, please contact us by filling out the contact form.

If you have received an offer with promocode, make sure to write it in the search bar. Once the code is introduced and verified, the prices shown in the results page will already have the discount applied.

In case that there is enough room for an extra person in the already confirmed room, you will be able to add this person to your reservation with an additional cost.

You can change the board basis of your reservation as long as the desired board basis is on sale at that time.

A maximum of 5 rooms can be booked on our website. To make a group reservation please contact us by filling out the contact form.

The confirmation is automatically sent by email right when the reservation is done. Once you have your email you will be able to see the reservation in our website in the “My booking” section using the your e-mail address and booking reference received.

If you did not recieve your reservation confirmation, contact our reservations department to check that the email address you gave us is correct. To do so please use the form in the “Contact” section.

If you wish to cancel your reservation, you will have to log in the “My reservation” section using your email and booking reference received in the confirmation email. Remember that Non-refoundable reservations cannot be modified and in case of cancellation there will be no refund.

The non-refoundable rate has a special discount, but it is important to know that the total amount will be charged when the reservation is made and there will be no refund in case of cancellation. If you choose the Payment at the Hotel rate you will be able to pay on arrival and you will have free cancellation up to 7 days prior to your arrival.

The Credit Card is required to finalise the reservation process. There will not be any amount charged as the rate states unless you cancel your reservation outside the free cancellation dates, in which case only the 1st night would be charged.

Our Call Centre service will offer you the prices that appear in our website. If you have any special requests or needs, the Call Centre will assist you in managing them.

Yes, but the reservation has to be made in the name of the person who will come to the hotel.

Yes, you can pay on arrival with a different card than the one you entered initially when making the booking.

You can do that. Please contact the hotel directly and they will take care of it. You will receive a form that you need to fill as an authorisation of the payment. You can find the hotel’s contact details in the hotel’s page.

Please check the number you wrote is correct. If the charge is still rejected, verify you are not paying more than the limit you have with your bank. If that was the case you should contact the bank.

If you don’t have a Debit or Credit card you can request our reservations department to make the payment via bank transfer. Use the contact form in the “Contact” section to do so.

Tourist tax is paid on our Mallorca and Lloret de Mar (Costa Brava) properties.

We always charge in EUR (€). Any other currency shown is orientative according to the daily official Exchange rate. Take into account that your bank my charge a comission for the currency Exchange.

Our hotel BLUESEA Callao Garden 3* in the South of Tenerife accepts pets up to 5kg.

On arrival, our reception staff will ask you for your reservation voucher (printed or on your phone) and your identity card. In the case of minors without identity documents they will ask for the updated family book. You can also do the Check in Online on our website.

The hotel will keep your room until the next day, however if you arrive later than 18:00 we would appreciate it if you would notify the reception staff. You will find the contact details on the Hotel page in each Hotel section.

The prices we publish are per room, as long as it is not specified that the price is per person.

We offer a special discount to our repeat customers. Please contact us explaining when was your last stay in our hotels and after double checking these details, the Call Centre staff will apply the -10% discount. Not combinable with special offers such as Black Friday.

A promotional code is an alphanumeric code that you can enter in the search box in our website when looking to obtain a discount on your new booking. Register in our newsletter to receive deals and codes.

The "from" price is the cheapest price that our search engine finds. It corresponds to specific dates, for the cheapest room and the cheapest board basis on sale at that time.
