The establishment reserves the right to cancel the reservation if any error is detected in the dates or rates of the reservation.
Pay at the Hotel:

• Direct payment upon arrival at the hotel, by credit card (Amex, Visa, Mastercard) or cash up to 1000€ (200€ and 500€ notes not accepted).
• Cancellation policy: free up to 6 days before the arrival day. For late cancellation, the first night will be charged, and if you do not show up at the hotel, the entire stay will be charged.
• Tourist tax not included.

II. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACTING CONDITIONS.

The purpose of these contracting conditions is to set the terms for the sale and/or reservation of services to be contracted through the website www.blueseahotels.com The conditions will regulate the contractual relationship of sale/reservation of hotel accommodation generated between the Seller and the Buyer at the moment the latter accepts the corresponding box during the online purchase process. The characteristics of the contracted services are reflected on the corresponding pages of this website, as well as the details of each transaction that may be carried out in this environment, always in Spanish.
The contracting of any of the services and/or products by the buyer through the website www.blueseahotels.com implies acceptance and adherence to these General Terms of Sale in their entirety.
The company provides reservation and/or sale of hotel accommodation services through the website, always offered by the entity Hotels & Resorts Blue Sea Management, S.L. This reservation and/or sale of hotel accommodation will be governed by the Contracting Conditions set forth herein and by the Specific Conditions that may apply to each of the products and services offered.
The prices applicable to the contracted products and/or services are those indicated on the website on the date of reservation and/or contracting. The offers will be duly marked and identified as such, conveniently indicating the previous price and the offer price.
All means and technical requirements needed to access the page, the website, and the services and/or products offered therein will be the sole responsibility of the User, as well as any expenses or taxes that the provision of such services may give rise to.
Once accessed, and in order to use the various services, the User must follow all the indications and instructions set forth on the Website, completing for these purposes the Specific Conditions and other forms established for each service, which will imply the reading and acceptance of all the General Contracting Conditions, as well as, where appropriate, the Specific Conditions that may be applicable.

III. PURCHASE AND/OR RESERVATION PROCEDURE.

The contracting of services must be done through the specific selection of the desired type of accommodation, using the purchase and/or reservation selection tools installed on the website.
Once the purchase and/or reservation request has been selected and verified, you will have expressly accepted all of the general conditions as shown on the company's website prior to the acquisition of the requested services.
From the moment of acceptance, the user acquires the status of Client of the company described in these General Conditions. Any of the services, products, and/or reservations subsequently offered by the company must be subject to a new contract.

(iii) Managing the sending of personalized commercial communications by electronic means, with information related to products, services, promotions, offers, events or news from the Blue Sea Group, relevant to our clients; all of this, solely and exclusively, according to (a) the data provided by them and (b) their stay and experiences with the Blue Sea Group. In no case will automated decisions be made based on this information.
In this last case, we consider that we have a legitimate interest in knowing our clients' preferences, in order to offer the services that best meet their needs and desires.

The Client:
Guarantees that they are of legal age or legally emancipated, as the case may be, fully capable, and that the data provided to HRBS is true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. To this end, the Client is responsible for the accuracy of all the data they provide.
Guarantees that they have informed third parties whose data they provide, if they do so, of the aspects contained in this document. Likewise, they guarantee that they have obtained their authorization to provide their data to HRBS for the purposes indicated.
Will be responsible for any false or inaccurate information they provide and for the damages, direct or indirect, that this causes to HRBS or third parties.
