Communication Channel

We introduce you to our Internal Communication Platform. Through this medium, you have the option to report, with complete privacy, any concerns about potential improper actions that might represent a criminal or administrative offense.

This medium is specially designed for current and former employees, suppliers, shareholders, directors, associates, and board members.

In accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people reporting normative infractions and the fight against corruption, the non-compliance communication channel is a transparent tool to communicate, by Blue Sea professionals or third parties related to Blue Sea, behaviors that could imply the commission of some irregularity or an act contrary to legality or internal operating standards or to consult doubts that could arise in their interpretation. Communications directed to the Non-compliance communication channel will be analyzed and managed by the Supervision and Control Body designated by Blue Sea in a strictly confidential manner.

If you prefer, you can opt to communicate through the External Channel managed by the "Independent Entity for Whistleblower Protection", designated by the Spanish Government.

We reiterate that the information you send will be handled with the strictest confidentiality, and will only be in the hands of the person in charge of the compliance area.
