Bluesea Hotels provides you with its Whistleblowing Channel so that you can request information or advice on certain situations, as well as, where applicable, report situations that may be contrary to the Code of Conduct and other Bluesea Hotels internal regulations, and which may constitute illegal or criminal acts.

Reports will be processed by the Compliance Committee, which is the body responsible for receiving, managing, and resolving them.

This committee will handle the reports and organize the investigation, guaranteeing at all times a strict duty of confidentiality regarding matters related to the proceedings.
